Description

A preheating relay belongs to the field of excavator technology. The preheating relay technically comprises a single-chip microcomputer, a current sensor, a relay body and two amplifiers, wherein one end of a normally-open contact of the relay body is connected with the anode of a power supply, the other end of the normally-open contact of the relay body is connected with a preheating plug of a diesel car via the current sensor, output signals of the current sensor are amplified by the second amplifier and then connected to a pin 13 of the single-chip microcomputer, a pin 12 of the single-chip microcomputer is connected with a control coil of the relay body via the first amplifier, fault signals output by a pin 8 of the single-chip microcomputer are connected with an input port of an engine ECU, and a pin 10 of the single-chip microcomputer is connected with the control signal output end of the engine ECU. According to the utility model, a fault monitoring and protecting circuit composed of the single-chip microcomputer and the current sensor is added to a traditional preheating relay.
