Wiper controller relay and aims to provide a wiper controller which has the following advantages: low cost, and no large current flow over a control switch. The wiper controller comprises the control switch and a two-speed motor. The control switch is connected with the coil of the two-speed motor through a control circuit. The control circuit comprises a relay J1, a relay J2 and a state control circuit. A control coil of the relay J1 and the relay J2 are connected with a control circuit contact through a state control circuit. The relay J1 is provided with a normally open contact and a normally closed contact. The normally open contact is connected with a high-speed coil of the two-speed motor. The normally closed contact is connected with a low-speed coil of the two-speed motor of the wiper. A common point between the normally open contact and the normally closed contact is connected with a power supply through a normally open contact of the relay J2. The control switch controls operation state of the two-speed motor of the wiper through the state control circuit and the relays, thereby overcoming a defect of easy control switch damage which is caused by large current that flows over the control switch contact. Furthermore the wiper controller has the following advantages: low cost and reliable operation.
