Description
 
A proportional control solenoid valve is configured so that the spool driven by a proportional solenoid is pressed by a spool return spring which presses the spool in the direction opposite the direction (V) in which the proportional solenoid is driven, a mechanical stopper is disposed at the end of the stroke of the spool, and a control current for driving the proportional solenoid is finely vibrated by current dithering. The mechanical stopper is configured to have a stopper pressing spring for vibrating the spool by the current dithering even in a state in which the spool is in contact with the mechanical stopper. Thus, the proportional control solenoid valve is configured so that hysteresis is reduced at the end of the stroke of the spool by current dithering, enabling the spool to be stably controlled in the entire control range including the end of the stroke.
