Description
 
Common rail is a fuel injection system found in modern diesel engines. Common rail systems provide a level of flexibility which can be exploited for class leading emission control, power and fuel consumption. This enables Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to design for optimum performance and exceptional end-user value across a range of machines and appliions.In common rail systems, the fuel is supplied to the engine under pressure with electronically controlled precision. This provides a level of flexibility which can be exploited for class leading levels of emission control, power and fuel consumption.
 
 
Solenoid valve installation note
 
1. The high pressure in the common rail cavity is directly used for injection, which can save the booster mechanism in the injector; and the high pressure in the common rail cavity is continuous, and the driving torque required by the high pressure oil pump is much smaller than that of the traditional oil pump.
2. Through the pressure regulating solenoid valve on the high-pressure oil pump, the oil pressure in the common rail cavity can be flexibly adjusted according to the engine load condition and the requirements of economy and emission, especially to optimize the low-speed performance of the engine.
3. The injection timing, injection amount and injection rate are controlled by the solenoid valve on the injector, and the injection amount of pre-injection and post-injection and the interval with the main injection can be flexibly adjusted under different working conditions.
