Description

The working principle and function of the relief valve
1. The constant pressure and overflow function of the relief valve: in the throttling adjustment system of the quantitative pump, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow. As the system pressure increases, the flow demand decreases. At this time, the relief valve is opened, so that the excess flow overflows back to the fuel tank to ensure the inlet pressure of the relief valve, that is, the pump outlet pressure is constant (the valve port often opens with pressure fluctuations).
2. Safety protection function: When the system is working normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (the system pressure exceeds the set pressure), the overflow is turned on, and overload protection is performed to prevent the system pressure from increasing (usually, the set pressure of the overflow valve is 10% to 20% higher than the maximum working pressure of the system). ).
3. As unloading valve as remote pressure regulating valve:
It is used as a high and low pressure multi-stage control valve as a sequence valve to generate back pressure (in series on the oil return road).
The pilot-operated relief valve consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The pilot valve is similar to the direct-acting relief valve, but it is generally a poppet valve (or ball valve) seat type structure. The main valve can be divided into one-section concentric structure, two-section concentric structure and three-section concentric structure.
 

Characteristic

1. When the single boom is lifted, the two pumps are combined to supply oil to increase the lifting speed of the boom. (Only when the boom is lifted)

5. Negative flow control, which provides a negative flow signal to the main pump, so that when the valve stem is in the neutral position, the displacement of the main pump becomes the smallest.
6. Walking in a straight line, when the excavator moves forward or backward, it can perform other actions at the same time to ensure the needs of special working conditions.
