Description

The working principle of the solenoid valve is to use a coil wound according to certain rules to form a magnetic field after being energized (the power source is divided into DC and AC), and convert electrical energy into magnetic energy. After the electromagnet generates magnetic force, the suction core moves in a straight line, realizing the conversion of electromagnetic energy into mechanical energy. The solenoid valve uses this principle of electromagnetic conversion of mechanical energy to control the on-off of the oil circuit, and realize the electrifiion control of the hydraulic oil circuit. The electromagnet in the solenoid valve of the hydraulic pump station is usually composed of three main parts: the excitation coil, the static iron core and the moving iron core.
