Description

 

The function of the pressure relief valve of the high pressure common rail pipe is to limit the pressure in the oil rail by opening the overflow port when the pressure limit value is exceeded, and the conical head of the plunger and the sealing seat of the valve body are kept closed. , Under normal pressure, the spring presses the plunger tightly on the sealing seat to keep the common rail pipe closed; when the pressure exceeds the maximum pressure of the system, the spring is compressed, the plunger is pushed up, the fuel overflows from the oil rail, and the oil Rail pressure drops. A flow limiter is required between the common rail and each cylinder, mainly to ensure the safety of the engine, so that the flow from the common rail to the nozzle is limited, so as to protect the engine from overload. A device to ensure that the engine is not damaged.

 

 

Characteristic

The high pressure in the common rail cavity is directly used for injection, which can save the booster mechanism in the injector; and the high pressure in the common rail cavity is continuous, and the driving torque required by the high pressure oil pump is much smaller than that of the traditional oil pump.
