Description
There is a coil in the flameout solenoid valve that is the same as that of the generator. When the power is turned on, a magnetic force is generated to pull the flameout switch back to the oil. When the power is off, there is no magnetic force. After the flameout solenoid valve is used for a long time, the piston is easily blocked by dust and dirt and cannot move, and then there is a phenomenon that the flameout solenoid valve cannot be started or extinguished. It needs to be removed and cleaned, and no lubriing oil can be applied inside, because the solenoid valve is close to the engine, and the lubriing oil is easily mixed with dust and evaporated into mud by the high temperature of the engine.
Flame-off solenoid valve function: The flame-off solenoid valve can be used to ensure that the engine is forced to turn off when the engine is running without oil or when the oil pressure is low, so as to protect the engine from damage. Note: If the engine is stopped, there must be no oil pressure. At this time, the flameout solenoid valve will not work even if it is energized. The work delay of the flameout solenoid valve is about 30 seconds.
Precautions for flameout solenoid valve
1. Before installing the flameout solenoid valve, carefully check the mains power supply circuit to make sure the fuse, the mains switch is connected normally, and whether the voltage output of the mains switch is above 24V; if there is any abnormality, be sure to check it!
2. Check the wiring of the flameout solenoid valve. Generally, there are three lines of black, white and red. The black line is the common terminal. Before wiring, check whether the wire voltage is above 24V;
3. Correctly connect the inlet end of the flameout solenoid valve, test first, turn on the car, power on the whole vehicle, close the flameout solenoid valve, and make sure that the solenoid valve has been completely sucked in place. If it is not in place, it is easy to break. , Three or five minutes, to see if there is a hot phenomenon, if not, the installation is normal.
