Description
Proportional solenoid valve variable control process: engine speed sensor, electronic controller, proportional solenoid valve → proportional solenoid valve output oil pressure is introduced into the main pump variable plunger to control the pump output flow. Make the hydraulic pump power basically the same as the engine speed (power) at any speed.
The control signal of the proportional solenoid valve is a current signal, and the input oil pressure is the pilot pressure oil; the higher the rotational speed, the greater the control current, the smaller the output oil pressure of the proportional solenoid valve, and the greater the output flow of the pump.
