Description

The speed sensor is a new type of speed sensor by using a magneto-resistor as the sensing element. The core component is the use of magneto-resistor as the detection component, and then through a new signal processing circuit to reduce the noise and improve the function. Compared with the output waveforms of other types of tooth speed sensors, the error of the measured speed is very small and the linearity characteristics are very consistent. The sensing objects are magnetic materials or magnetic conductive materials, such as magnetic steel, iron and electrical steel. When there is a convex (or concave) magnetic or magnetically conductive material on the measured object, when the measured object rotates, the sensor outputs a pulse signal related to the rotation frequency to achieve the purpose of speed measurement or displacement detection.

Characteristic
 
1. The Hall effect single sensor has a Hall element. Active Hall-effect sensors require an external power supply. The target gear square wave output is a waveform function. The frequency is proportional to the surface speed of the target gear as it passes through the sensor, but not the voltage level (unlike passive tach sensors). Hall effect sensors can detect zero speed (unlike passive speed sensors).
