Description

 

Current loop speed sensors are based on the same Hall effect principle as single and dual Hall effect sensors. Unlike traditional single and dual Hall sensors, which are dedied to producing a specific voltage output, a current loop sensor is dedied to producing a specific current level output. Since there is always current flowing through the sensor (variable amount of current, depending on whether the front of the sensor is a tooth or a slot), the system can use diagnostics to detect if a sensor is connected. Non-contact detection of rotating iron (magnetic field influencing) targets such as gears, shafts or similar mechanisms.
Electronic speed and position sensors for higher reliability and longer life. We utilize a variety of techniques to detect magnetic field changes and generate electronic signals for control system interfaces. These techniques facilitate the detection of the speed, direction or position of moving ferrous or magnet objects.
