Description

The speed sensor is a new type of speed sensor by using a magneto-resistor as the sensing element. The core component is the use of magneto-resistor as the detection element, and then through a new signal processing circuit to reduce the noise and improve the function. Compared with the output waveforms of other types of tooth speed sensors, the error of the measured speed is very small and the linearity characteristics are very consistent. The sensing objects are magnetic materials or magnetic conductive materials, such as magnetic steel, iron and electrical steel. When there is a convex (or concave) magnetic or magnetically conductive material on the measured object, when the measured object rotates, the sensor outputs a pulse signal related to the rotation frequency to achieve the purpose of speed measurement or displacement detection. The speed sensor does not require any external power supply. The output signal is alternating current, and the waveform function of the actuator is generally sinusoidal in nature. Both voltage and frequency are proportional to the superficial velocity of the actuator as it passes the sensor pole piece. Injection-molded nylon is applied directly to magnets and coils.
