Description

Solenoid valve: It is an automatic basic component used to control the direction of the fluid and belongs to the actuator; it is usually used in mechanical control and industrial valves. It controls the position of the spool through an electromagnetic coil, and cuts off or connects the air source to change the direction of fluid flow. The purpose is to control the direction of the medium, so as to achieve the control of the valve switch.

The solenoid valve is composed of several gas circuits and valve cores, and the valve cores connect or disconnect each gas circuit.

Working principle: In the pneumatic circuit, the function of the electromagnetic control reversing valve is to control the opening and closing of the air passage or change the flow direction of the compressed air. The main working principle is to use the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil to push the valve core to switch and realize the reversal of the airflow.

According to the different ways of pushing the reversing valve by the electromagnetic control part, it can be divided into direct-acting solenoid valves and pilot-operated solenoid valves. The direct-acting solenoid valve directly uses the electromagnetic force to push the spool to change direction, while the pilot-operated reversing valve uses the pilot air pressure output from the electromagnetic pilot valve to push the spool to change direction.

The valve body part is composed of spool, spool, spring base, etc. When the coil is energized or de-energized, it can achieve the purpose of changing the direction of the fluid.
