Description
The oil pressure sensor is installed on the main oil passage of the engine. When the engine is running, the pressure measuring device detects the pressure of the oil, converts the pressure signal into an electrical signal and sends it to the signal processing circuit. After voltage amplifiion and current amplifiion, the amplified signal is amplified by the signal line. The pressure signal is connected to the oil pressure indior, and the ratio of the currents passing through the 2 coils inside the oil pressure indior is changed to indie the engine oil pressure. The pressure signal after voltage amplifiion and current amplifiion is also compared with the alarm voltage set in the alarm circuit. When the voltage is lower than the alarm voltage, the alarm circuit outputs an alarm signal and lights the alarm light through the alarm line. The process of oil pressure detection needs to be carried out during the operation of the engine, and the temperature of its working conditions changes significantly. At the same time, during the driving process of the vehicle, the road conditions will also affect the detection. The engine bears a huge heat load, shock, vibration, etc., so the working conditions of the sensor are also negatively affected by high temperature, humidity, shock, vibration, corrosion, oil pollution and other harsh environments. The space left by the engine for the sensor is very limited, so the sensor should try to use SMD components. For example, the working temperature of common electrolytic capacitors is between -20°C and 70°C, so long-term high temperature will deteriorate its quality and reduce its reliability, so the use of high-temperature capacitors is an important reliability guarantee measure.
